So I’ve been doing some research on the EasyStill, pretty tempting to buy it given the amount of gin and vodka I drink. It’s basically a factory modified water distiller that can take mash or wine from 14% up to a 45% vodka in about 3 hours with little hassle, it just sits on the counter and drips away like a coffee maker. Here’s their official site and here’s a retailer selling them for a bit cheaper if you want to check it out. I’m going to do a bit more research before I take the plunge, don’t want to blow my house up. Let me know if any of you boozebags has had any experience with it or similar won’t you?
